Draft Lake Macquarie Operational Plan

Have your say on Council’s operational plan. The plan mentions progressing the Catherine Hill Bay Masterplan Stage 1 design this year with delivery in 2028-29, and flags that design of Stage 2 (Surf Club precinct) will begin in 2028-29. Specific budget details are not provided.

The plan is on public exhibition until 20 April 2026 and residents are encouraged to make a submission advocating for more budget and faster delivery of the Masterplan.
